To support the Tom Howley Planning team, we are seeking a Planning Coordinator to provide administrative assistance, ensuring seamless planning and execution of fits and associated remedials.

Main Responsibilities:

  • - Coordinate with the factory and colleagues to schedule fitting dates;
  • - Distribute schedules to painters and fitters;
  • - Chase surveys and associated paperwork;
  • - Assist in preparing monthly reports;
  • - Process invoices for fitters and painters;
  • - Update client records for remedial work;
  • - Provide support to Client Services.

Requirements:

  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • - Confident telephone manner;
  • - High level of attention to detail;
  • - Ability to prioritize tasks;
  • - IT literacy;
  • - Well-organized;
  • - Ability to think critically;
  • - Experience in the furniture industry is advantageous but not essential.
