Job Description

The post holder will play a key role in maintaining a happy and committed team, providing excellent communication and telephone skills, and experience of working with the general public with a caring approach.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and has the interest and energy to help develop services to be truly outstanding.

The successful candidate will:

  1. Be flexible in approach, both with working patterns and travelling across the organisation, with an expectation to work between our main site and our branch surgery, adapting to different sites and demands.
  2. Have experience of working in a busy office environment and working under pressure, ideally within a large customer service role.
  3. Have good IT skills, ideally with experience of clinical software such as Emis Web.

Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 a year depending on experience.
