About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Coordinator to join our fast-paced finance team on a full-time basis.

Job Description:
  • Support the day-to-day running of purchase ledger, including construction led accounts and financing.
  • Process employee weekly timesheets/wages and associated queries.
  • Handle supplier queries regarding payment and non-payment for goods.
  • Input invoices onto Evolution and code to relevant nominal and contracts.
  • Prepare Purchase Ledger monthly payments due, checking statements and preparing payment as instructed by Finance Manager via banking system.
  • Maintain the filing system.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required by Finance Manager and/or Directors.
About You
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in an accounts or finance role (construction sector experience advantageous).
  • Meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload to meet demand.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
