About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Medical Writer to join our team as a Healthcare Content Strategist. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
As a Healthcare Content Strategist, you will work collaboratively with internal teams to create high-quality content that engages and informs our audience. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and taking overall responsibility for their involvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need 7+ years of experience as a Medical Writer in an agency setting, ideally across creative medical writing. You should have experience working with global pharmaceutical companies and creative briefs, as well as working directly with clients.
You will also need a solid scientific background and experience working on a number of therapeutic areas. Learning and understanding new therapy areas quickly and comprehensively is essential, inspiring confidence with the client.
