Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage job queues and queries, providing exceptional support to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Programme Managers, Supervisors, and Delivery Partners.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor and update internal customer systems.
- Act as an interface between Programme Managers and stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates.
- Liaise with field and management teams daily.
- Handle customer complaints and queries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in proactive coordination and relationship development.
- Knowledge of telecommunication or civil engineering is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with NRSWA standards and guidelines.
- Customer service training is desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office and database management.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
