Job Role
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, working alongside our experienced staff to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting daily routines, personal care, and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living tasks, such as washing, bathing, and using the toilet
- Assist with medication administration and monitoring
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in social interactions
- Work collaboratively with the care team to provide person-centered care
