Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Advisor to join our team at Jobshop UK Limited. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Insurance Sales and Renewals: Sell and renew insurance contracts to clients, either standalone or as part of a portfolio.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
- Administration: Manage client insurance requirements, including general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and accounting procedures.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to colleagues on request and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to achieve overall company objectives.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Commitment to progress towards Cert CII is essential. Ideally, you will have insurance experience, but applications from applicants from other financial services telephone-based backgrounds will be considered.
- Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, good business sense, possession of initiative and enthusiasm, excellent administration skills, integrity, effective planning and organizational skills, ability to work calmly under pressure, confidentiality, strong analytical skills, excellent time management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, higher level of interpersonal skills and self-motivation, flexibility, solution-driven, and creative.
Working Environment:
As an Insurance Advisor at Jobshop UK Limited, you will work in a friendly office environment with a small team. You will be given full training and will hold an important role in the company.
