About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker Specialist to join our team at Constance Way in Leeds. Our service supports clients who are Deaf with complex needs and/or mental health conditions.

As a Support Worker Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to provide individualized support and care. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with varying degrees of deafness, including those who are culturally deaf. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients who use British Sign Language (BSL) or other forms of sign language.
