Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at Lookers VW Northallerton. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling new and used cars to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Suggest and recommend suitable vehicles based on customer requirements
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to ensure a seamless sales experience
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to meet customer needs
- Process and complete all necessary paperwork for each sale
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and customer service
- Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade is preferred but not essential
- A full UK driving license is required to drive high-performance vehicles
