About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Advisor to join our Group Finance team in Hatfield, UK. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for processing and delivering accurate payrolls for our UK Technology Solutions division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and deliver accurate end-to-end payrolls, including third-party payments, reports to business, supplementary payrolls, and returns through to control account reconciliations.
  • Audit pay data pre- and post-commitment of payroll and validate confirmed reports.
  • Perform daily payroll department operations, managing your workload effectively.
  • Manage Salesforce cases within agreed SLAs while providing exceptional customer service to employees and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience with large payroll operations (c. 1500+ employees).
  • Experience with Payroll and HRIS applications.
  • Experience with UK payroll, benefits, and related HMRC legislation.

  • An estimated salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
