Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal GNSS Research Scientist to join our team at Focal Point Positioning. As a key member of our GNSS team, you will play a crucial role in the research and development of our Supercorrelation technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of our Supercorrelation software and testing tools
  • Take technical ownership of new research and development ideas
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless software lifecycle
  • Communicate technical results to internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead and participate in R&D initiatives to enhance our existing products and inspire new technologies
  • Contribute to team planning and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers
Requirements:
  • Relevant academic or industrial experience in GNSS signal processing
  • Strong analysis skills in Matlab or similar
  • In-depth knowledge of the full GNSS signal-processing chain
