ERP Business Analyst Opportunity

Distil Recruitment is working with a leading manufacturing and distribution company to find a skilled ERP Business Analyst. If you have experience in ERP implementation projects and a strong understanding of business analysis, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

The ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders and business departments, managing projects, and overseeing reporting and data migration/integration. This is a diverse role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in ERP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scoping business requirements through analysis and design
  • Implementing solutions effectively and efficiently in line with defined project methodology
  • Acting as a liaison between the Business and IT Department
  • Managing successful relationships internally and with clients/suppliers
Requirements
  • 5 years experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Experience of ERP Implementation projects and an understanding of their lifecycle
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-IT experts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills along with well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
