About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional College Leader to join our team and oversee the Student Experience. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our college and its students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the standards of behaviour required to provide a positive learning environment
  • Work with staff to produce and implement whole college plans, initiatives and strategies to improve student behaviour
  • Encourage and promote non-discriminatory behaviour and ensure equality and diversity is sustained within the college
  • Maintain the highest quality student experience and centre community outside of learning areas
Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated individual with experience of leading a varied curriculum and a proven track record of delivering high quality results. You will be a strong communicator with a collaborative style, and above all be committed to the highest standards, inspiring others to achieve the best results.

The successful candidate will also bring significant managerial experience within the education sector.
