Job Summary:

We are seeking an Experienced Support Professional to join our team based in the Fife area. As an Experienced Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with vulnerable adults, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.

About the Role:
  • You will provide person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • You will maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Care experience, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Relevant qualifications and training (training can be provided).
  • Registration with SSSC.
  • Medication training.
  • Car Driver with full licence.
