About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting Delightful Beverages: Serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to hotel policies and liquor licensing laws.
  • Service Excellence: Provide consistent and exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is an enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Transaction Management: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest accounts with precision and accuracy, following company procedures.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Shift Preparation: Prepare for each shift using our department's checklist, ensuring you are ready to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Rotate and display bar stocks effectively, ensuring all products are served in top-notch condition.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations, prioritizing the well-being of our guests and staff.
  • Team Support: Assist with additional duties to support the Food & Beverage department, including table service, food preparation, and training team members.
Desired Skills and Education

  • Service Excellence: Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
