Job Title: Budgeting and Forecasting Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Budgeting and Forecasting Lead to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-profile programmes.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with programme managers, project planners, and senior stakeholders to develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies. You will use industry-leading tools and methodologies such as earned value, CPI, SPI, and variance analysis to maintain control of budgets.

You will have the opportunity to design and deliver performance dashboards and key reports to support decision-making. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including the finance team, to ensure cost assumptions align with agreed annual rates.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with enterprise planning tools such as Primavera. A project management qualification or professional membership (e.g., PRINCE2) is also desirable.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
