About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Needs Assessment Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting needs assessments for individuals with neurodivergent conditions within an educational setting. You will also produce formal written needs assessment reports in an appropriate format and in accordance with relevant guidance and KPIs.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year's experience in working with neurodivergent conditions within an educational setting. They will also possess exemplary communication skills, excellent report writing abilities, and attention to detail, with the ability to work to strict KPIs. This is a full-time or part-time role, with a salary of £27,500 per annum, paid on a pro-rata basis for part-time employees.
