Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Primary Schools Project Director at The Matrix Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our work in primary schools across Guildford Borough, with a focus on the wellbeing and emotional health of young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running all aspects of our primary school projects, including developing and reporting on our work. They will act as the key contact and coordinator for this area of our operations, working closely with teachers, students, and other stakeholders to achieve our goals.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of the education sector. If you have experience working in schools, leading projects, and driving positive change, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve our objectives in primary schools
  • Build and maintain relationships with teachers, students, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, making adjustments as needed
  • Provide training and support to teachers and staff

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in schools or education-related roles
  • Proven track record of leading projects and driving positive change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
