Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting inductions to understand clients' abilities and ambitions
  • Designing bespoke exercise programs tailored to individual needs
  • Providing 1-2-1 and group inductions, as well as teaching classes
  • Ensuring safe and effective exercise sessions
  • Producing program cards and suggesting exercise adaptations
  • Using logical teaching methodologies to introduce new exercises
  • Providing general advice on program progression and correcting unsafe technique
  • Interacting with clients to promote retention and adherence
