We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Yours Clothing. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving forward our data strategy and helping us to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop regular reports to monitor sales performance and marketing activity across various marketing channels
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze key commercial data from various systems to provide insights and recommendations
  • Use data visualization tools to create dashboards that enhance understanding of marketing activity and ecommerce performance
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and support the Data and Insights Manager to implement solutions
  • Establish and maintain a reporting suite for the marketplaces team to facilitate efficient data transfers with external partners
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc projects requiring creative approaches to answering data-based queries

Requirements

  • Experience writing queries in SQL is essential
  • Basic understanding of data architecture and data warehousing
  • Knowledge of a data visualization tool, ideally Tableau
  • Experience using Excel to manipulate and present data
  • Knowledge of GA4
  • Understanding of ecommerce and what data would be important to a retail business
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Good time management skills to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and a desire to be the best
  • Eager to learn and develop
