IT Executive

A leading hotel and real estate development company is seeking a skilled IT Executive to oversee the configuration, enhancement, and support of their hospitality applications and associated hardware.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to develop and implement applications to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing daily support and project-related tasks for hospitality applications
• Maintaining inventory of hardware products and providing operational teams with required equipment
• Assisting with strategic and tactical support of key software systems
• Ensuring timely resolution of support requests and participating in technology planning and strategy activities
• Implementing new applications and enhancements or upgrades of existing applications
• Providing training on company applications as needed
