Farm Egg Gatherer

Join us as a Farm Egg Gatherer at Austin Fraser and contribute to the success of our egg production business. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering eggs from farms, transporting them to our processing facilities, and ensuring high standards of food hygiene and bird welfare on site.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be responsible for completing daily paperwork, including recording temperatures, water meter readings, dead birds, eggs collected, and birds checked under the pits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering eggs from farms and transporting them to our processing facilities
• Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and bird welfare on site
• Completing daily paperwork, including recording temperatures, water meter readings, dead birds, eggs collected, and birds checked under the pits

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge of farm operations
