As a Bank Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for promoting the highest standards of care within our nursing home. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity, privacy, and choice are respected at all times.

Salary: £13.24 - £18.36 per hour (dependent on level), with overtime paid at time and a third. Our competitive rates reflect the value we place on our staff, and we are committed to recognizing outstanding performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • To promote the highest standards of care within the nursing home.
  • To uphold the residents' rights to privacy, dignity, and choice.
  • To provide a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • To adhere to SSSC Code of Conduct.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in caring for the elderly, preferably in a nursing home or hospital setting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care, with a focus on resident-centered practice.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and maintain accurate records.
