About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) professional to lead our team and drive our safety strategy forward. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellence in HSQE and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimize risks and improve our environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing HSQE strategies that align with our business objectives
  2. Leading the HSQE team and providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  3. Coordinating and leading the development of HSQE policies, procedures, and standards
  4. Monitoring and reviewing HSQE performance data and providing recommendations for improvement
  5. Driving safety cultural change and leadership initiatives to improve our safety record
  6. Providing training and support to employees and sub-contractors on HSQE matters
  7. Conducting HSE performance reviews, compliance evaluations, and audits as required
  8. Maintaining and improving our ISO 45001, 9001, 14001 accreditations
  9. Recruiting and developing the HSQE team to ensure we have the right skills and expertise to deliver our HSQE strategy

What We're Looking For:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Life assurance (5 x Salary)
  • Private medical insurance (after 3 months service)
