Role Overview:
As a Senior Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying and addressing any variances.
Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and contracts.
Support project teams in achieving financial targets and compliance with contractual requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Construction Estimator within a contracting environment.
Strong background in design & build or internal refurbishment and fit-out projects.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in relevant software.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
