About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our young people in a therapeutic residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nurturing and supportive care to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
  • Support our young people with their daily living needs, including education, socialization, and leisure activities.
  • Collaborate with our team to create a safe and welcoming environment that promotes positive relationships and a sense of belonging.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in childcare and education.
Requirements
  • A Full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable)
  • Values in line with Esland Care's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
