We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, rising to £26,000 after 12 months, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.

In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving debts from businesses using strong questioning and negotiation techniques, as well as implementing effective collections strategies.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in B2B collections or customer services, and will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting debtors via phone, email, and letters
  • Implementing strategies to pull back debt as quickly as possible for the client
  • Using credit information obtained from both the debtor and client to formulate an effective collections strategy
  • Effectively overcoming reasons for non-payment
