About the Role
  • As a store leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing stock processes, and maintaining high standards of merchandising and housekeeping.
  • You will also be tasked with engaging with the local community to generate donated stock and promoting the Sue Ryder brand through various campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have excellent commercial awareness, strong leadership skills, and a positive can-do attitude. They will also have a good understanding of financial and IT administration, as well as experience in retail management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring seamless customer service and maximizing sales potential.
  2. Develop and implement effective stock management strategies to maintain a visually appealing and fresh store environment.
