Training and Development Officer

We are looking for a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Telent Technology Services Limited. As a key member of the Highways Training and Assurance Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to engineers and ensuring they meet the required standards.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions that cater to the needs of engineers.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop targeted initiatives.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering training programs, preferably in a technical field.
- Strong understanding of adult education principles and practices.
- Fully qualified in adult education (Level 3) or equivalent experience.
