We are looking for an In-House Counsel Assistant to support our growing legal department at Anglian Home Improvements. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert guidance and support on corporate governance, compliance, and contract law.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and compliance to provide expert guidance and support to our team. You will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, managing case files, and maintaining corporate records.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate governance, compliance, and contract law to support our legal team.
  • Draft, review, and revise various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
  • Manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with filing and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and update corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and filings with regulatory bodies.
  • Support contract lifecycle management by organizing and maintaining contract databases, tracking key dates, and ensuring adherence to contract terms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and compliance.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and contract management systems.
