About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Nursery Education Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to children in our nursery.

About You:

You will have a proven track record of success in early years leadership, with a strong background in educational management and staff development. You will be passionate about creating engaging learning environments that foster the growth and development of young children.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver outstanding education and care to children
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve teaching and learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Experience in early years leadership and staff development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
