Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Specialist to join our team at Triumph Consultants Limited. As an expert in Contract Law, you will be responsible for managing a broad caseload and providing advice and support on all areas related to Contracts, Environmental Health, Licensing, Waste Management, and Health and Safety.

In this role, you will provide legal guidance to the Council on various matters, including commercial property, planning, employment, and landlord-tenant issues. You will also advise Directors on their legal obligations and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of local government law and practice, as well as excellent computer skills and communication abilities. If you are a qualified barrister, solicitor, or FILEX with experience in Environmental Health, Licensing, Waste Management, and Health and Safety Law, we encourage you to apply.

Estimated salary: £20.20 per hour.

Please note that clients generally prefer candidates who are local to the area or can commute easily.
