Chief Revenue Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Revenue Officer to spearhead our client's growth trajectory in the digital health sector. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, scale-up environment and drive the development of cutting-edge healthcare software solutions across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic business unit for our client's software, encompassing sales, marketing, and customer success teams across global territories.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, working closely with stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth and success, utilizing OKRs to inform and measure progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine end-to-end processes, from lead generation to sales closure and implementation.
  • Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to reach new customers and grow the early-stage pipeline.
  • Ensure Business Development Managers are maximizing deal velocity and flow, improving efficiency and ability to close deals of increasing value.
  • Design and implement a customer success and delivery process that decreases time to 'Go Live' and minimizes bespoke custom development.
  • Develop a plan to enhance renewal and upsell activity, driving long-term revenue growth.
  • Assist in the transition towards a SaaS Enterprise business, developing cutting-edge commercial models that maximize value for our client and their customers.
  • Work closely with the sales operations specialist and finance team to deliver live and on-demand sales metrics and board reports.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in senior roles as a subject matter expert within digital health.
  • Excellent experience of implementing digital health solutions at scale.
  • A passion for improving lives through digital health and driving up the quality of digital solutions available.
  • A hunger and drive to deliver against defined metrics and results.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards.
  • Bachelor's degree required and experience within a technology and/or healthcare business preferred.
  • Ability to understand high-level program management strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
  • Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of CRM applications, email marketing strategies.
  • A good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses.
  • Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business and processes, self-motivation, and a competitive, results-driven attitude.
  • You will have experience and demonstrable success in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in programs including MS office.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Stamina, resilience, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Confident presentation skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Articulate, persuasive, and influential verbal communication skills.
