The Night Porter plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel from dusk till dawn. As a key member of our night shift team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and ensuring that our hotel's brand values are upheld.

As guests rest peacefully in their beds, our night team works tirelessly to keep everything running like clockwork. Your role as Night Porter will involve overseeing the Food & Beverage Department, welcoming guests, and maintaining the cleanliness of public areas. You will also be responsible for preparing meeting and event spaces for the next day, assisting guests with their luggage, and carrying out nightly Health and Safety audits.

We are looking for a highly organized and effective communicator to join our team. Experience of working in a similar role and night shift work is essential. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you.

We offer a range of shifts and days, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our hotel is always fully staffed. We also offer nationally recognized apprenticeships and detailed brand training to help you develop your skills and progress in your career.

Successful candidates can look forward to progressing to Night Supervisory or Assistant Night Management roles, where you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and develop your leadership skills.
