About the Role

Our client, a well-established design agency in Coventry, is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join their team. As a key member of the creative team, you will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts and solutions that align with client objectives and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts and solutions that meet client needs.
  • Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
  • Share knowledge and skills by mentoring less experienced team members.
  • Present design ideas and solutions to the team and clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a design practice, preferably in the leisure industry.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident presenting skills.
  • Demonstratable CAD skills and experience.
  • Ability to work to client feedback and deliver projects to deadlines.
  • A willingness to learn and improve.
  • An ability to work independently and manage your own time.
  • A team player, willing to raise your hand to support others and problem solve.
