**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading activities, ensuring safety, and bringing enthusiasm to every day. You will work closely with our Course Leader to deliver an engaging programme that runs smoothly and creates memorable experiences for our students.

**Main Responsibilities**

• Building rapport with students and maintaining an atmosphere of enthusiasm, curiosity, and age-appropriate fun on the course
• Supporting the team in the delivery of the social and cultural programme, including various activities, day trips, and restaurant visits
• Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and discipline of students
• Supporting the general smooth running of the courses, including ensuring students are on time and in the right place for their academic sessions

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience of working effectively in a team
  • A clear evidence of a can-do attitude
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

**Working Arrangements**

This is a fixed-term, non-residential position, working 6 days per week up to 48 hours per week. The salary for this role is £28,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
