- Develop and implement strategies to promote the welfare of older and vulnerable people, and to build a strong and inclusive community.
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional care and support services, and to ensure the smooth operation of the development.
- Manage the budget and resources to ensure the effective delivery of services and the maintenance of high-quality facilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the development meets the needs of residents and the wider community.
- You will be a warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who cares deeply about championing the rights and wellbeing of older people.
- Committed to building a thriving community where everyone feels included, happy and empowered to live life to the full.
- Have previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.
- Must have a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector.
- Confident and experienced people manager who can bring the best out of their team.
