Maintenance Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our hotel. As the Maintenance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order, and that any maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel, including managing staff schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Manage the hotel's energy usage and implement energy-saving measures where possible.
- Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out safely and in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers, including negotiating contracts and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
- Manage the hotel's budget for maintenance and repair work.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance issues and ensure that they are addressed promptly.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work, including expenses, work completed, and parts used.
- Provide reports to senior management on the status of maintenance work and any issues that may arise.
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of maintenance staff.
