Bank Director

Informa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bank Director to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the bank reconciliation process. As a key member of the Offshore Cash Ops team, you will oversee and optimize the team's operations, ensuring seamless data flow and reconciliation accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct analysis of the current bank reconciliation process to identify inefficiencies and develop process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.
- Offshore Team Management and Development: Provide guidance and support to the Offshore Cash Ops Team to enhance their skills and knowledge, identify and provide training, and evaluate and optimize the use of existing reconciliation tools and systems.
- Bank and Control Accounts Reconciliation Control Process: Review and analyze reconciliation reports to identify potential issues and trends, implement corrective actions to address recurring reconciliation errors, and work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth data flow and reconciliation accuracy.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or accounting role.
- AAT Level 4 or accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven understanding of reconciliation processes.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and follow through to completion.
- Knowledge and ability to use Oracle, SAP, and Blackline.
