  • Utilize assessment data to tailor your teaching approach, ensuring continuous improvement and personalized support for every child.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Early Years Education: Bring your enthusiasm and dedication to providing exceptional education and nurturing a lifelong love of learning.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a recognized teaching qualification and have experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Expertise in EYFS Framework: Demonstrate a solid understanding of best practices and methodologies in early childhood education.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills to connect with young children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
  • Commitment to Inclusion: Embrace diversity and promote an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
