We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Orion Electrotech Sales Careers. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for our special-purpose vehicles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop 2D CAD drawings of wiring harnesses to relevant ISO standards
  • Produce and maintain accurate bills of materials
  • Create detailed schematic drawings of the electrical system for our technical publications
  • Understand and use electrical wiring harness schematics to build or modify harnesses for development or production
  • Liaise with production to achieve completion of production and prototype machines
  • Engage in the prototyping of new components, their evaluation and testing

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of automotive electrics, electronics, and CAN bus
  • Ability to read technical documentation and specifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
