This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group as a Senior Occupational Health Specialist Nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational health services to our staff, promoting a healthy and safe working environment.
Main Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing expert advice and guidance on occupational health matters to staff and management
- Conducting health assessments and providing recommendations for workplace adjustments
- Developing and implementing occupational health policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy, equivalent to GCSE or demonstrable experience
- Demonstrable office administrative experience
- Good customer service skills
Desirable Criteria
Experience working in the NHS would be an advantage.
Technical Skills Competencies
The successful candidate will be proficient in:
- Using IT basic packages
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
