Disability Support Services Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Disability Support Services Lead at Richmond and Wandsworth Councils.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals who provide support to adults with disabilities. Your primary goal will be to promote independence and improve the overall wellbeing of our residents.
About the Role:
- As a Disability Support Services Lead, you will oversee the management of a caseload, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support.
- You will lead a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they deliver excellent services to our residents.
- You will also be responsible for reviewing and updating the Mosaic system, taking suitable notes, and ensuring that residents receive appropriate care and support.
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
