Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Analyst to join our team at Future Electronics for a minimum 3-month contract. As a key member of our EMEA team, you will be responsible for providing first-line IT support to our user community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional support to users via phone, email, or desk-side assistance.
  • Log and escalate incidents using our supported ticketing system.
  • Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing standardized online documentation and first-line advice.
  • Process incidents for resolution by the team, as appropriate.
  • Escalate complex incidents to the Customer Support Analysts, Help desk Team Leader, or Technical Analysts as necessary.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of application interfaces, including Microsoft Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Citrix, and Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
  • Possess basic understanding of Networking Protocols and Fundamentals, as well as ability to manage PC configurations and set up efficiently and effectively.
  • Previous experience of using call logging software would be an advantage.
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure with extensive attention to detail.
  • Strong Customer Service ethic and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under own initiative and as a member of the team.
  • Possess structured approach to work and able to manage timelines effectively.
