Science Educator

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join our team at a local Secondary School in Farnborough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum, catering to individual student needs.
- Employ diverse teaching methods, including lectures, group activities, and practical experiments, to enhance student engagement.
- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, homework, and tests.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents, identifying areas for improvement and success strategies.
- Utilise technology and resources to enrich the learning experience.
- Participate in extracurricular activities like science clubs, fairs, and field trips.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement school-wide programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
- Teaching certification or qualification (PGCE, QTS).
- Previous experience teaching Science to school students.
- Profound knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Updated DBS.
