Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated Handyman Technician to join our team. This role involves performing daily reactive repairs and maintenance at a student accommodation site, utilizing skills in plumbing, joinery, and carpentry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake high-quality maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the site
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Manage electronic maintenance reports and updates to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment or as a general builder/residential construction in trades such as plumber, electrician, or carpenter
