About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Gidleigh Park in Newton Abbot, Devon. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Monitor and control restaurant costs, including food, labor, and inventory, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop and implement new menu concepts, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
