Leisure and Fitness Support Specialist

The Leisure Club Assistant role at Holiday Inn Runcorn is a dynamic position that plays a crucial part in our health and fitness operations.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the club is presented in an excellent condition, achieving new member sales and renewals, and supporting local marketing initiatives to drive growth.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a proactive approach to health and safety, undertaking cash handling duties, and submitting to hotel finance.

Successful candidates will have one or more of the following qualifications: Pool Water Safety Qualification of Pool Responder, First Aid at Work Qualification, CIMSPA fitness professional qualification of Level 2 or above, or Health & Fitness / Leisure Industry Qualification of Level 3 or above.
