About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Technician to join our team at Severn Trent Water. As a key member of our water network operations, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our water network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uncover hidden leaks by analysing data on water flow, pressure, and customer usage to pinpoint leaks
  • Act on network alarms and boost leak detection
  • Facilitate field team meetings and resolve data issues
  • Improve data quality for smarter decision-making
  • Analyse demand and usage data to optimise our network
  • Maintain and analyse data for precise reporting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Estimated salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (and the ability to buy/sell up to 5 days per year)
