Supply Chain Transformation Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our team in the Supply Chain Transformation competence area. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for helping clients shape ideas and solve complex problems through building trust, advocacy, and confidence.

The ideal candidate will have significant business change and transformation experience focused in the Pharmaceutical, Med Devices, Life Sciences, or Bio Tech sectors. You will have expertise in one or more of the following areas: Procurement Strategy, Supply Chain Strategy, Digital Supply Chain, Supply Chain Analytics, or Manufacturing Efficiency.

As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive transformation and growth. You will have a high degree of commercial acumen and be able to see things through from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain transformation strategies for clients
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Significant business change and transformation experience in the Pharmaceutical, Med Devices, Life Sciences, or Bio Tech sectors
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Procurement Strategy, Supply Chain Strategy, Digital Supply Chain, Supply Chain Analytics, or Manufacturing Efficiency
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to see things through from start to finish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
